A photograph I am very proud of taken at black rock in the Maasai Mara. The dominant female with her two sisters as backup and at least a dozen cubs playing in the undergrowth. The concentration on her face as she surveys the open savanna was spellbinding. As a consequence, and within the blink of an eye, the queen and her two sisters headed off into the open planes to hunt.
